FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY:
The mechanical action of the SAVI peeler, unlike other systems currently in
use, does not remove the "velvet"-like thin coat of pulp, rich in
pectin, connecting peel to the fibrous tissue. In this way, the final product
all its organoleptic characteristics, as well as aroma and colour.
