This
dicer is the only, true and original Dicer Savi, built on the basis of
the multiannual know-how of the firm, which now belongs to Cavalieri
S.p.a.
The machine installed in almost all our customers' factories, has been long tested
during so many years' work. Its high productive and quality output, well-known
and appreciated met, and still meets, the real needs of the national and international
market.
Thanks to its long tested cutting system, the dicer can reach an infeed capacity
of approximately 15 tons per hour of peeled tomatoes; while its dicing output
is approximately 75-80%, depending on tomato ripeness and variety.
The dicer Savi 178 is available in two versions: one with productive capacity
of 15 tons per hour, and the other with capacity of 7 tons per hour.
The main features of this dicer are the regular cut and the removal of possible
peel remains from the finished product. A further advantage of this machine is
that thanks to this peculiar characteristic, it can also act as a peeler.
Its construction conforms to all the current sanitary regulations on the materials
to be used.
