MECHANICAL PEELING MEANS:
scalding in hot water bath.
Simple manufacturing design, extensively tested materials and, easy maintenance allow the SAVI mechanical peeling line to work non-stop throughout a complete campaign providing the ordinary maintenance is secured by factory personnel.
QUALITY IN FINAL PRODUCE:
The mechanical action of SAVI peeler, contrary to what caused by other systems in use to-day, does not remove the "velvet" (the thin coat of pulp, rich of pectin, connecting peel to fibreous texture) thus preserving all the organoleptic contents, aroma and color in final produce.
SAVING IN PROCESSING:
The reliability of long tested equipment and low energetic consumption make possible to cut-down the running costs thus achieving a saving in operation which is by far unpursuable by any other peeling system available to-day.
